Log Text: Usually these fusion sites do not work for but this one was an exception. The location majesty of the Dolmen and the church in ruins synergies well as a site. Perhaps the presence of teh church wall which substitutes for the berm of the original mound helps the ambiance of the site.

Mor Stein submitted by nicarthurson on 5th Apr 2006. Mor Stein stands on very exposed moorland in the south-east of the island of Shapinsay. There is a chambered cairn (known as Castle Bloody) visible from the stone and in between a number of stone cists are recorded.
