Ringstone (Cropredy)
Date Added: 12th Aug 2013
Site Type: Stone Circle
Country: England (Oxfordshire)
Visited: Couldn't find on 2nd Aug 2013. My rating: Condition -1
Log Text: Could not find any sign of the site. I suspect the Church of St Mary the Virgin has been built on the site. There are a few large stones around the Village which may have once been part of the circle. One on School Lane, and most notably the boundary stone just over the bridge on the Williamscott Road.
Cup and Saucer Stone
Date Added: 12th Aug 2013
Site Type: Ancient Cross
Country: England (Oxfordshire)
Visited: Yes on 2nd Aug 2013. My rating: Condition 2 Ambience 3 Access 5

Cup and Saucer Stone submitted by Celia_Haddon on 3rd Nov 2004. CUP AND SAUCER STONE, CROPREDY.
This worked stone, thought to be either a font or the base of a cross, now sits on a mown road edge near a new estate. The road is called Cup and Saucer - so the stone has been acknowledged and claimed.

Log Text: Clearly the base of the Old Village Cross, which has been weathered and worn down over many years. Just up the road from the Braisnose Arms and a Short Walk to the Red lion.
Pizien Well
Date Added: 5th Aug 2013
Site Type: Holy Well or Sacred Spring
Country: England (Kent)
Visited: Yes on 5th Aug 2013
Log Text: Walked up and down Pizien Well Road. Apart form the Mearworth Stream there is another small stream that appears to spring from a nearby Corn Field. I couldn't find any evidence of a well except that it looks like the stream running parallel with the road runs quite a bit underground and even more may have been covered up.
