Log Text: In my mind, not as impressive as the Devils Arrows in Boroughbridge, However this is a Massive Stone, and the Pictures taken really doesn't show the sheer vastness of the stone!
It really would have been an amazing place to be when it was erected, standing on top of the hill, looking all over the landscape with the myth laden Gipsey Race stream 100 yards away.

Log Text: Good access once you figure out where it is.
I found my way by entering a field at the end on Ramsay Gardens, and it is in the adjacent field. Fantastic Vies over the Tees, but can't see much of the Leven.

Log Text: Beautiful stones. The Main stone is on the main road, with the other 2 remaining stones in the adjacent corn field. Access is good for the two stones in the field, but please respect it is a working field and try not to damage the crop. Once in the Field you can see the alignment of the stones, and the magnificence of the monument.
