Log Text: A lovely spot at the top of the hill. It's a bit of a trudge up to the fort and there is no path but I thought it well worth a visit. There area was used as a plantation which has now been felled, this makes getting around on the uneven surface somewhat awkward once at the site. You can trace the rampart all the way round.

Log Text: Parked at the side of the main road and walked up the fence line climbing over a wire fence and going through a gate. A bit of a trudge up the hill with no clear footpath. Beautiful place, great ambiance.
