D27 Borger submitted by dmlovelock on 22nd Dec 2004. Hunebed D27, the largest in Holland, Nov 1 2004. About 25 yards long, it stands beside the Hunebedden Information Center. The Center has several exhibits (in Dutch).

Cournols allée couverte submitted by thecaptain on 6th Sep 2006. Said to be an allée couverte, its not much like any other allée couvertes I have seen!
It looks more to me like a sort of double dolmen, with two chambers beside one another. The entrance would have been from the east, and central to the two chambers.

Saint Fort Dolmen submitted by Nick- on 24th Sep 2005. Strange dolmen, here's me 1m93 (6'4) for scale. I have a feeling that the capstone has been 'replaced'. I might be completely wrong of course. Easy access, Dolmen is signposted in the village of St.Fort.

D1 Steenbergen submitted by Martin_L on 12th Jan 2012. Pole aerial view from the NW. Skeleton of a 12m by 3m-3,6m passage grave. Capstone C3 (counting from the West) is damaged and was fallen when Professor van Giffen examined the site in the 1920s, but later placed back. Otherwise chambers' megalithic structure was well preserved. The chamber is more than halfways embedded into a sand dune. Clear height reduced to less than 0,6m. Possibly there also are remains of the barrow.

A row of three, and a pair of large sculpted menhirs in a field, with a couple more broken menhirs nearby.
A very powerful place this.

La Pierre Folle (Montguyon) submitted by TheCaptain on 22nd Feb 2011. This superb monument is signposted to the north of the town of Montguyon, and has its own parking and picnic area. It is a double monument, with an Aquitaine allée-couverte combined with a dolmen.

Ker-Han Dolmen submitted by AlexHunger on 30th Jan 2006. Dolmen taken from near Carnak in Bretagne and used as a familly Croft by an Archeologist. The back stone is the modern familly grave stone with the names and dates and not original to the Dolmen, but was fit in rather elegantly.
