This dolmen should be introduced as a Korean dolmen in internet. I think people in here are interested in dolmens appearance without life of prehistoric people. Stensby Megalitgrav submitted by holger_rix on 5th Aug 2011. Megalitgrav (Burial Chamber) near Odense (Fyn) Rectangular burial chamber, oriented ESE-WNW. Chamber is approx. 2.5 m x 1.5 m and clearance under the capstones are up to 1.0 m. Outside stone chamber measuring approx. 3.5 x 3.5 m. The tomb is covered with a heavy capstone closing the entire chamber. At capstone seen at least 18 cupmarks.

On my third attempt to find this allée couverte I didn’t give up, although the last signpost I saw vaguely pointed into the middle of the forest, and any of three tracks could have been the right one ! After almost an hour of searching I found it. It’s becoming well overgrown despite fairly recent excavations.

In the chamber were few and weak skeleton traces, flint artefacts, amber and ceramics. The Middle Neolithic Funnel Beaker culture, Single Grave Culture, and Late Neolithic. Lying in the remains of a Round Barrow. Chamber of 7 construction stones, between which is seen partly preserved drywall.
