Jadeite - aaaaaaaah - lovely jadeite.
These are the pinnacle of polishing of stone axes - they are insane. Just over 100 known in Britain (all from stone quarried from Monte Viso, Italian Alps - very hard to get to). Unfortunately we had forgotten to bring a torch, so it was kinda spooky to crawl inside passing myriads of insects.
The drywalling is in a fantastic state. There was no restauration made on this tomb. It was discovered in 1880 and only the mound has been put into a better shape since then.
A pretty wet place as well...
