Kerbourgnec Alignements submitted by thecaptain on 12th Jun 2006. There seemed to me to be several very clear lines of rocks stretching out into the sea in parallel rows. I believe I could see at least seven rows of rocks from where I sat on the bottom of the steps down to the beach.

Log Text: The description said that this was all the way at the end of the point, but the monument there is a modern commemorative plaque. On the way back we saw this one, and it matched the description.

Taken from Egypt and placed in the center of Paris. It originaly stood in front of the temple of Luxor, where its twin remains. Similar to Cleopatra's needle in London, there are more captured obelisks of this kind in Central Park New York or Rome etc. It received a Gold cap on the Pyramidon tip for the year 2000.
