Trois-Tables-en-Place submitted by theCaptain on 26th Jun 2012. Trois-Tables-en-Place is a bit of a monster allée couverte, on the little island of Ile-Milliau which is reachable by foot only an hour or so each side of low tide.

Log Text: What I love most about this allee couverte is it's alignment. THe island itself is lined up on the mid-winter sunrise and the mid-summer sunset with the high points of the island marking each point. The allee couverte sits towards the centre of the island pointing directly at each of the these high points
