Foel Drygarn Hillfort, near Crymych, Pembrokeshire GR: SN15773360 This Late Bronze Age / Early Iron Age hillfort stands at the end of the Preseli range and is capped by three cairns which can be seen for miles around. Aerial photographs have revealed numerous hut circles on the summit.

The Fowlis Wester Circles

The Fowlis Wester Circles submitted by Nick on 5th Nov 2002. Half a mile above the village of Fowlis Wester is an area where parking is possible. From there it is around 400m walk up a rough track to the outlier, which is clearly visible. Both circles are in a fairly ruinous condition. The 6ft outlier is around 40 feet to the NE of the eastern circle. The eastern circle comprises 9 remaining stones, graded to the SW (pointing to the 2-stone row at Crofthead), with a kerb cairn enclosed within, also graded in the same direction. Frébouchère dolmen submitted by thecaptain on 6th Jul 2005. Frébouchère dolmen is a MASSIVE Angevin type dolmen. It really is enormous, my pictures do not do it justice. The chamber is 6.5 metres by 3.5 metres, and 2 m high, with a single capstone.
