Shad Well submitted by KiwiBetsy on 7th Sep 2006. The structure housing the well consists of a two arches with a pillar between upon which is mounted a large iron tap. Under one arch is a stone tub or font and under the other the well drips from underneath a large mound of mosses into a small pool. On the pillar can just be made out a date, possibly 1865.

Better known as the Penrhiw Burial Chamber this damaged tomb has a large rectangular capstone resting on 3 uprights. It was re-erected some years ago.
Shots from other angles would have been taken but a small herd of highly inquisitive bullocks is not conducive to creative composition or a steady camera hand!

A massive 7' high standing stone. It has an almost square cross section with a circumference of over 11'. There are 2 large slab stones lie close by so this may not be simply a standing stone.

Kemerton Camp submitted by Adam Stanford on 16th Nov 2006. Kemerton Camp the main hillfort on top of Bredon Hill, Worcestershire. There is another Iron Age enclosure on the sourthern slope called Conderton Camp and another possible at Elmley Castle.
Kemerton Camp is a promontory fort with a steep escarpment dropping away on the north side of the Hill, it has two sets of ramparts and ditches to the south. The inner ramparts possibly date to 300BC.
