4 m from the western end an open square chamber.
2 m long in NE-SW and 0.60 m wide, built of four equally high stone. (Urdolmen)
Eastern end stone shifted.
4 m from the east end lies in a reduction a 1.40 m long stone,
possibly remnants of now vanished chamber.
No kerbstones around the mound.

Remaining kerbstones just 2 by NE and 2 by NV-corner.
7 m from the west end is a ruined tomb, of which six stones in the east, south
and west sides are in situ.
Two stones of the north side are only split remnants of larger stones.
1 m from the south side we see the top of a soil covered rock.
At the eastern end of the earth mound a depression,
possibly remains of another chamber.

Sjellerup Skov Runddysse 1 submitted by holger_rix on 20th Jun 2010. A free-standing dolmen chamber.
Chamber is inside approx. 2 m in NS and 1 m wide and it is built of two stones
in the long sides and one for each of the short sides,
the stone to the south is a lower threshold stone.
On top a large, flat capstone, 1.50 x 1.60 m and at least 0.50 m thick.
Restored by Raklev, measured and drawn by Raben.
(It was restored in 1943, uprights have been adjusted and the fallen
capstone put back into place)

On top of a Round Barrow 1.2 x 14 m.
No kerbstones.
In the middle of the mound a chamber with longitudinal direction EW built by four stones, of which the east is a lower threshold stone.
Chambers interior length is approx. 1.8 m, width approx. 0.80 m.
The now missing capstone had a cross engraved.

Melved Skov Runddysse 2 (Skåltegn) submitted by holger_rix on 20th Jun 2010. On a natural height, from which, when the forest did not cover,
has been a great view over the Little Belt, standing erect here and probably
untouched in its place: a large stone littered with cup marks (skåltegn).
It is somewhat oblong in shape, 1.30 m on the longest, until 0.85 m wide and
protrudes now up to 0.95 m above the soil surface.
The sides are quite smooth and almost vertical.

Melved Skov Langdysse 2 submitted by holger_rix on 19th Jun 2010. Remains of a Long Barrow, 1 x 11 x 22 m (west-northwest east-southeast).
4 m from the west north-west end lies an excavated chamber, rectangular
and built of four stones. A classic dolmen.
Chambers internal dimensions 1 x 1.50 m.
6 m from east-southeast end is a larger stone approx. 1.25 x 1.25 m high and 0.6 m thick.
The dolmen has been restored in 1942 by Raben and Raklev.
They have put back one of the uprights that had been splitted into two,
and also placed the before fallen...
