Log Text: The name is Roque Blanque, which means White Stone in the local dialect (Pierre Blanche in French). It was probably a territorial marker stone.
The stone has been reerected by a local association, the base is set in small stones which form a little mound. Height : 3.50m (visible : about 2m), width : between 0.70m and 0.85m.
Could probably be accessed by car but the path is a bit rough, so I didn't dare.
To get there, follow the signs to the "Abbaye de Fontcaude" : from Cazouls les Béziers, turn left from the D134E1 road, follow the (sort of) road until you reach an old building in front of you (I parked my car on the side there). Then follow the path towards the south. After about 500m, the path turns south-east, then east (another 500m, approximately). The standing stone is on your right, near a "table d'orientation" inside a vineyard (no fences, access is absolutely free and there is a great view on the surrounding landscape).
