The chamber measures 3.8 x 3.2 meters and is up to 2.5 meters in hight. The chamber is orientated nearly in North-South direction, the entrance is in the south. The large capstone measures 5.65 x 4.10 x 0.40 meters.

Took the photo with old medium format camera and expired film to hopefully add some atmosphere to this reconstructed site. The stones of the site have been rediscovered during deep ploughing and rearranged without any knowledge of the original state. Furthermore the site probably originates from medieval times. Nevertheless it is featured in a recently edited book about Menhirs in Deutschland. It is situated close to an agricultural road whic...
