Structure XX - this is the highest building at Chicanná, its layout is almost quadrangular, composed of two levels and oriented towards the cardinal points. The lower section has eleven rooms and the upper part four. The principal facade is on the south side. It constitutes an atypical example of the Rio Bec style due to the presence of the third, or central, tower. It originaly stood in front of the temple of Luxor, where its twin remains. Similar to Cleopatra's needle in London, there are more captured obelisks of this kind in Central Park New York or Rome etc. It received a Gold cap on the Pyramidon tip for the year 2000.
