Dromroe submitted by ladrin on 14th May 2015. I think that public access is possible. Leave the car where the small pictograph of the Beara tourist trail is. Follow the path about 10 min. After the third or fourth ledder (anyway when you get to the large open pasture), leave the trail to the left.

The Derrynane Stone submitted by Klingon on 8th Apr 2005. This Standing Stone with Ogham inscriptions is not at it's original place. The stone was buried in the water near the shore.

A very odd and intriguing site, the round arrangement of stones in the background isn't the actual stone circle, its that strange structure in the foreground! This was possibly a five stone circle, the two portals are long slabs forming a passage like entrance. There are at least eight outlying stones including what once must have been a three stone alignment close to the radial circle.
