La Pierre dolmen submitted by theCaptain on 16th Dec 2010. What I found here is probably the remains of an Angevin dolmen, made with a single backstone, two sidestones each side with two capstones, the rear one in place, the forward one broken and fallen into the chamber.
There are signs of an entry portal, now all a bit broken.

Dolmen dit Pierre-la-Fade submitted by theCaptain on 24th Jul 2012. This pleasant little dolmen is made of fairly rounded granite slabs, with a capstone sitting on top of two side and one back slab, completely open to the south east.
Unfortunately, as with many of these places, its been used for beer drinking and fires, with lots of litter around.

The capstone, which once would have measured 5 metres by 4 metres, has now broken and collapsed into the chamber.
