The start of the pilgrim`s route St. Olav`s way in Oslo (Norway) is located at a modern marker stone, which has the inscription “643 km til Nidaros”. The marker stone is situated close to the remains of St. Halvard Cathedral. The end of the way is the Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim, which was built over the burial site of King Olav II (c. 995-1030). The picture was taken in September 2010. © Platta 2010
