The well, which is a definite structure with a good supply of water, is situated about 15 feet up a near vertical cliff. It is found about 30 feet in front of Plasgeler house.

The spring can no longer be seen as it has long since been channelled under ground through the garden of the house, under the road to emerge in the garden of a house across the road.
