Dun Skudiburgh submitted by Andy B on 14th Apr 2010. Dun is the Gaelic for fort, which was built on a suitable crag or look out. This photo shows what a fantastis spot this was to see any invader coming in from the sea. The dun seemed to have arrived with the Brthonic Celts in about the 7th century BC.
