This is face 'b' of the Kilmartin Cross, which the information board says was created about AD.  Broken and lying in the churchyard in 1860, it was re-erected in the churchyard and brought inside the church in May 1977.  Historic Environment Scotland describes this as

Description
This is face 'b' of the Kilmartin Cross, which the information board says was created about AD. Broken and lying in the churchyard in 1860, it was re-erected in the churchyard and brought inside the church in May 1977. Historic Environment Scotland describes this as "the oldest of the three crosses …. It has short cross-arms and is intricately carved with a diagonal key pattern. At its centre is an unusual curled diagonal cross, with almond-shaped frames above and below."
