Description
One of the male statue-menhirs in the Musée Fenaille at Rodez.
Unfortunately I do not have all my notes and information with me at the moment and cannot identify this fine chap for the moment, but thought people would like to see him.

These are all wonderful. You've convinced me that the museum is somewhere I must get to on my next French trip. Is this the Pousthomy menhir - nicely carved on the back too?

Yes, I think he is Pousthomy, but without proper reference to my notes and books, which I dont have with me, I cant be sure. And yes, he is nicely carved on the back too, but I dont seem to have a picture. Getting decent pictures was not easy with a little compact camera, but I was amazed they let me. And I couldnt get too many as I filled my chip up !
