Description
April 2005. An oblique view of the Gussage Down southern long barrow from the junction of bridleways to the east. The profile of the barrow is not smooth, but has a "head" at the SE end. Although it is on top of a ridge, the breadth of the ridge means that the barrow is not a prominent local landmark (whereas the barrow just 200m to the NW is).
