There is evidence of measuring with posts the movements and the complete cycle of the moon! Over 3 consecutive Moon cycles, thus measuring marking recording tye moon over 26.5 years ! (3 times). And three times because they were making sure incase there was a fluctuation from the cycle!
The Romans used only the moon (I think?) and had to add ir subtract days - resulting in missed meetings of people arriving the wrong day! Stonehenge uses both sun and the moon and that makes it Accurate! Knowing this must have been a great and wonderous thing !
Ps since farming, their life expectancy was 25 years ! So it was generations of tye people. Working together for generations. It is so AMAZING! I’m very proud of my ancestors
