For the Tennessee trip, I'd suggest we would meetup Sunday afternoon on August 20th and tour the State Museum in Nashville as soon as it opens at 1pm. Then we could drive to the south side of Nashville to view Mound Bottom and/or the Fewkes site.
On Monday morning I would suggests touring the Sellar's Farm village and mound site early and either view the eclipse from that location, or Castellian Springs.
There are many franchise hotels and motels in the area, although staying on the north side of the city would be more convenient to Sellar's Farm village and mound site or Castellian Springs. The towns of Hendersonville, Gallatin, or Goodlettsville have multiple hotels and motels.
