Sorry Jack you have me totally lost....but. This is not due to your style of writing or your ideas. It is purely to do with my lack of local knowledge of the sites you are writing about. Stones 1,2,58etc mean nothing to me (even with the maps) unless I have visited the sites on a regular basis.
However I am keeping copies of your articles just in case I go there.
You seem to be doing what "proper" archaeology should be doing... visiting and observing, unlike Hawkins and his computer at Stonehenge and many local archaeological trusts.
