I was recently at the Peat Moors Visitor Centre near Glastonbury. There were no other visitors apart from a school group. I'd read the article in the photo mag mentioned, and wondered if I should ask the teachers present if they would allow me to take pics. In the end I didn't bother, I just waited 'til they were all out of shot.
Given the current state of affairs, I'll always ask in future if I want to photograph sites that have schoolkids in. That's just the times we live in I'm afraid.
