The Planning application for Ladybridge will be reviewed by NYCC on July 19th. Ladybridge, the site of a Neolithic Settlement within a few meters of the largest collection of such remains ever discovered in the norht of england (but quarried with far lass than 50% of the archaeology being recorded) sits firmly within the archaeology zone of the Thornborough Henges and is a site doubly rare due to the savage affects of quarrying already carried out in the area.
This is a nationally important site within an internationally important complex. If you have not already sent a letter of objection and signed the petition please do to now!
