I totally agree that this is a disgrace and have myself been on one of the protests. As a WHS the British Government and statutory powers have a responsibility to the whole world to maintain the Hill.
I believe it is the case that WHS Sites come partly under the remit of one of the UN's Commitees and therefore may be able to access UN funding. If this is true then why aren't EH applying for this?
Let's bypass them if their bureaucratic inertia is the problem. To contact your MP there is a site at:-
