Re: Book Review: Redhead by Ian Cook by Anonymous on Tuesday, 24 January 2012

It wasn't entirely clear whether this is fiction or non-fiction.
Sounds very interesting.
I read somewhere today that red-headness could denote Celtic ancestry and author of 'Pagan Celtic Britain' (non-fiction) Dr Anne Ross was a natural redhead. I preferred to call my hair colouring 'sandy' but I still got called 'Ginger Nuts'. Going grey may not have made me look professorial and distinguished, but I don't get ribbed for hairy redness.
