There you can choose Paypal or Nochex, both of which take credit or debit cards. Enter your card details on the secure payment page and the amount in dollars (or other currency) is calculated automatically.
You can also just send the payment by Paypal to [email protected] or by cheque in UK pounds. There is a printable membership form here
