England, the Motherland of ancient civilisations is one of the richest places in cultural and sacred archaeological sites. While the English Heritage contains an important number of prehistoric megalithic structures, the stone circle at Stonehenge is the most known, due to its preservation and its impressive appearance.
What is not that much known is that the stone circle marks one of the strongest veins of telluric energy of the planet, and was most probably built to be used as a place for ceremonies and rituals in connection with the Earth and Sun energies.
We have experienced during our meditations inside the stone circle, a vortex of intense and refined telluric energy rising straight from the centre of the marked area.
During the longest day of the year, on the Summer Solstice, when the Earth is under the longest exposure to the Sun, this intense manifestation of the refined telluric energy is polarised by the powerful energy of the Sun.
We have regularly organised Yang Spiral meditations at Stonehenge to combine the Yang, solar energy effect with the Yin, refined telluric energy of the local vortex.
The Yang Spiral is a unique form of meditation specific to our school that powerfully dynamises the yang energy. This specific formation creates a strong spiritual vortex with effects that range from the level of the individual meditator, through the group and extending even to the level of the planet.
