What are megaliths in your definition? They made quite considerable monuments that could have the same unction as the passage cairns or dolemsn I think. If you take the Treasury of Atreus and the some 10 other thombs in Mycenae, I would say they are also megalithic buildings (I knows it are not bolders, but nicely shaped blocks of stone).
But Maeshowe (older then Stonehenge) is also build in the "very same" way, so what is a megalith in your definition;-):
Some other Greek monuments are in Crete

So I think they are there, but perhaps they used anothe remthod;-)
