Artificial Mound in Greene County, Ohio.
Located between Birch Creek and Yellow Springs Creek this small burial mound has been excavated several times in the 20th Century, finding de-articulated burials and grave goods associated with the Adena culture. The conical mound is only five feet tall and was named for debates held on a small platform historic settlers built on the mound.

Excavations revealed that the original mound started with a constructed limestone core, to which an earthen cap was added, The mound now lies in a second growth woods managed by the Glen Helen Ecology Institute associated with nearby Antioch College. The mound lies along the Inman trail through the glen. The site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Note: The location given is general for the park and not specific for the mound itself. Sources include: Indian Mounds of the Middle Ohio Valley, S. Woodward and J. McDonald, 2002.
