Burial Chamber (Dolmen) in Japan
During the construction of the Nagasaki motorway, a burial ruin consist of 120 dolmens and tumuli was found. The cap stones of dolmens had been removed for the construction of tumuli of later period, so only 2 of them were found in situ. Some of the dolmens and tumuli were moved from the motorway route and reconstructed near a parking area of the motorway.
