Cairn in Argyll

A mile north of Ballochroy farm on A83 another farmtrack leads around a plantation to the still largely intact circular cairn of Correchrevie - the largest on Kintyre and measures 27.5m in diameter and 5.0m in height. This is 3km from proposed and approved wind farm at the Largie Estate - see http://www.ecogen.co.uk/largie/appendixh.pdf for details (2004).
