Standing Stone (Menhir) in Rogaland
On top of a round pointy hilltop north of a farm called Store Bjelland is a beautiful standing stone. From the hilltop there is a beautiful view to the south across the fjord and the sea. The hill is overgrown only with grass so the stone is visible from a far distance.
The stone has the shape of a large standing slab. It is 2,75 metres in height, around 1 metre wide at the base and around 20-30cm thick. It looks naturally shaped and the top is shaped as a triangle with a point on the top.
