A reconstructed keyhole shaped tumulus on a hill with a fine view of Seto inland sea(瀬戸内海). The tumulus was reconstructed with the jars on the tube Haniwa's and the burial pit. At the foot of the hill, an athletic park with a museum and a dry landscape garden are placed.
