Round Barrow(s) in Lower Saxony, Bremen
There are around 100 more or less large tumuli in the Wingster Forest. These two are in fair condition and very easy to walk to. A small sign on the side of the road indicates their presence.
Most of the tumuli in the Wingster Forest probably are from the Bronze Age as the sign describes. The tumuli were examined by the local researcher A. Badenius. However, more detailed research is still pending.
