Hillfort in Hokkaidō
A cape-tip type chashi in Mauta Kōen (真歌公園) parc on a hill where the town of Sizunai (静内) and the Pacific Ocean can be overlooked. The chashi lies behind the Shakushain Kinenkan (シャクシャイン記念館) memorial hall and the statue of Shakushain (or Saksaynu 1606?-1669), the chief of an Ainu tribe who built this chashi.
