Barrow Cemetery in Honshū

During the construction of a residential area, 9 tumuli were excavated. 4 of them were moved and reconstructed in a playground park. Tumuli nos.8 and 9 were constructed with pile of flat stones and the plan of the chamber of tumulus no.8 is eccentric hexagonal shape.
