Beasts watercolour by William Blake
Beasts watercolour by William Blake submitted by Draconis : Who or what the side walls at Five Wells depict is a matter of conjecture. This watercolour by William Blake may prove useful. In it we see Blake's interpretation of two fearful beasts described in the Old Testament Book of Job: leviathan and behemoth. Leviathan is a serpent-like creature with crocodile jaws which dwells in the seas. Behemoth is a massive, squat beast of the land, likened to the h... (Vote or comment on this photo)
Everyone has things they fear. It does not matter who they are or where they come from. People have things that scare them. So, what do you fear the most? Do you know where your fear comes from? It is necessary to understand what triggers your fears to overcome them one by one. Like most people, you probably fear lacking money, losing someone close, losing your job or business, getting a critical illness, or becoming a failure.

Fear can keep you from reaching your full potential and trying out risky money-making opportunities like automaty online.

What Bad Things does Fear Do?

Fear and anxiety can paralyze you and interfere with your happiness. It can make you an irrational thinker and stop you from taking any action to better your life. Each time you want to do something, fear could make you think you cannot. The fear of failure is the worst because it paralyzes action. It can be so intense that it can cause some people to have panic symptoms. Fear can also shut down your brain and stop you from getting what you want. It is a horrible emotion that can undermine your ability to fight for what you want.

Find the Origin of your Fear

If you know the root cause of your fears, you can attempt to find a lasting solution. To discover the reason why you have fear, do the following.

● Evaluate yourself
Self-evaluation is an important thing to do when you feel paralyzed by fear. Ask yourself why you are afraid all the time. Did you lose someone close and haven't accepted the loss? Did you lose your job once, and you fear it could happen again? Are there people who hate and reject you? Did you catch them cheating once, forgave them, and can’t get that out of your mind? Asking yourself various questions and seeking answers from your mind and soul's deepest reserves can help reveal the sources of your fears. If you cannot do it alone, find a professional to assist you.

● Solve your situation
After knowing the exact things that cause your fear, determine the best solutions. It is where you truly need professional help. You should write down a list of possible methods to solve your fears. Then execute those methods to get rid of your fears.

● Stop your negative thoughts
People who have fears also have negative thinking patterns. If you want to free yourself from any fear, you should deal with negative thoughts first. You should find ways to challenge those thoughts and stop them for good. Once you become more positive-minded, you will overcome your fears.

● Break down your healing process
You cannot stop your anxieties overnight. It will be a process full of trial and error. When you fail to get it right once, you should try again. One recipe for success is to break down the tasks that produce fear into smaller steps. Then go on and complete them one by one as they will be more manageable and less tedious.

● Don’t worry if you don’t get what you want soon
As you work to remove your fears, learn to be sober. Don’t worry about things that you should do in the coming weeks or months. The future does not matter when you cannot even live in the present moment. Instead, learn to live each day at a time and grab opportunities to improve yourself.

● Accept the things you cannot change
You will encounter upsetting and frightening situations. For instance, people around us will get terminally ill, get involved in bad accidents, lose their lives, get older and needy, and become disabled. These are realities of life that nobody can change even if they cause a lot of emotional pain. Once you accept that these things can happen to anybody, you will stop worrying about them anytime without notice.

Fear is not inherent. It is not something you were born with. People develop fear because of the things they encounter in their surroundings and day-to-day lives. If fear has stopped you from reaching your purpose, you need to shed it off. It is a journey and a process that requires total dedication to succeed.
