Play Blackjack Knowing when to bluff is essential to your success at pulling it off. A bluff at the wrong time can be disastrous to your chip stack. How do you know when to bluff? How much should you bluff? The timing of your bluff is crucial, but so is the amount. A bluff's goal is to either pull the wool over your opponent's eyes or make calling so painful that the wrong call could jeopardize their standing in the game.

The first thing you do is determine the type of player you're bluffing

Every time you're not in a hand, you need to study the players. Watch what they do and how they play. You need to make mental notes of how the player handles themselves at the table. You also need to know what hands they are likely to play. If you can determine what cards your opponent has, you're more likely to pull off a successful bluff. If the player is tight and you know they only play premium hands, it's a big-time mistake to bluff them on the flop or anywhere that could cause you trouble.

The next thing you do is determine your table image

Every poker player needs to be well aware of their table image. What people think of your game is essential to pulling off a bluff. Do people see you as a player who will play any two cards? Maybe people think you sit around all day waiting for pocket aces. How people perceive you will go a long way in your ability to pull off the perfect bluff. Sometimes mixing up your gameplay at 198.96.92.14 will help you create an atmosphere where bluffing is possible. The perfect bluff is where you act the way people think you would, but you don't have the hand they expect. Play Blackjack

Follow through on your bluff from the getgo

Do you want people to think that you have pocket aces? If so, you need to raise it big right off the bat. Sometimes you'll take a different route, and at Joinsini, you make people believe you have something after the flop that you don't. Is there a straight or flush draw on the board? If so, you might want people to believe that you're drawing towards it. If so, you bet big after the flop and bet even bigger if a flush or straight lands. You follow through with your bets to ensure that people believe that you've got a winning hand.

Sometimes you've got to let a bluff go

Even the best players find themselves getting caught with their hand in the cookie jar sometimes. What do you do in those situations? You fold and live to play another hand. Don't go down with the ship because the other player might sometimes have. Your timing could be off, and someone hit a big hand or a flop that went in their favour. If that's the case, do a little acting like they sucked out and fold. You're far better off saving your chips than giving them away to someone who may have outplayed you.
