Standing just to the west of the tree, on the track, looking eastwards at where the water from the well had emerged (when running) from the field into the drainage ditch. There is a concrete? pipe and some small remnants of stonework between the roots of the tree and in the bank. The red arrow indicates the pipe emerging from the bank.
