Description
West Tump (Cranham) long barrow is about 60 metres long, and faces east. It lies in quiet mixed and beech woodland, so is in good condition and is not hard to find, up the hill but not on the crest. There is also what might be a ww2 bunker nearby.
Trees on the barrow have been felled and brushwood marks the barrow borders, and acts as a barrier to off road bicycles. The barrow's future seems secure.
