Not to be confused with St Kenelm's Well in Worcestershire at SO945808, regarding which a similar legend prevails

All part of the same legend - St Kenelm was beheaded near the Worcs Well/Church - at the Winchcombe Well his pallbearers' thirst was quenched just before they arrived in Winchcombe chased by good men from Worcs (who according to that legend did not get up early enough) - you guys in Worcester are not still trying to get him back are you?
