Description
Newton Stone 2, showing the ogham writing up the side and the six lines of mysterious inscription. Inset is a rough drawing of the inscription which is in no known alphabet. It has been suggested to be Celtic lettering (similar to that seen in the Book of Deer) or even Brahmin script.
