Description
At the centre of this circle where one would often find a boulder burial there is this stone with a fine prehistoric spiral carving and of course lots of modern "offerings". Alongside is a white quartz stone about 18" across. Even though they could be recent additions the carving at least looks contemporary.

That spiral doesn't look authentic to me, the inner bit is very angular and the outer part is a bit wobbly. Also, it's a bit too twee to have one bang in the centre on its own like that. Also, ancient RA is often difficult to see unless the light-source is at a shallow angle.
But it's still a very good photo!
