These 3 stones are inspiring. The site is close to a road, but not too busy. I'm amazed they have survived being so close to what was once a busy mediaeval town. Trelech means '3 stones' so these must be the complete set - unusual to get confirmation that none have been dragged off as building stone. Well worth a visit, large and charismatic. The nearby village has a well preserved motte, and the St Annes or Virtuous Well is a peaceful spot
