Description
Site inDerbyshire: As pointed out by H Fenton, Castle Naze hill fort is correctly shown in this view of Combs Edge and Short Edge seen from Eccles Pike to its north west. The defensible hollow-way can be seen climbing the northern side of the hill below the enclosure.
